Video: Document Date Batch Updates
Batch Updates can be used to update profile fields of multiple documents in a single operation. This makes document management more efficient, allowing you to apply a single document date or service dates to several documents at one time.
Batch Coding is performed using Primafact List Views. This video shows how to apply a single document date to multiple documents in a Case Binder Tab, using the Folder View.
NOTE: Be careful when Batch Updating – there is no utility to automatically revert to prior coding if you make a mistake.
