Scanner Hardware
Primafact will work with desktop and network scanners, as well as multi-function copiers. Desktop scanners must be TWAIN compliant.
Storage Requirements
Enterprise Edition:
We recommend estimating 50 GB for every 200 banker’s boxes of documents to be scanned. For example, 125GB of server storage would accommodate about 500 bankers boxes.
Team Edition:
Team edition has a limit of 300,000 scanned pages, which is approximately 200 banker’s boxes, which requires approximately 50GB of hard drive space.

Backup Systems
As with any other mission critical software, your firm will need to make certain the appropriate systems are in place to ensure uninterrupted server operation, daily backups, and disaster recovery.
