Primafact is the electronic filing cabinet and casebook that marries the power of computers with the comfort and ease of use of a well-organized conventional paper-based system.

 

More than document imaging and retrieval, Primafact is a mission critical knowledge management system enabling authorized members of the firm to organize, access, share, search, mark-up and publish any type of case information.

 

Primafact 3 takes the latest computer database, optical character recognition, and PDF file format technologies, and integrates them into our very intuitive electronic casebook, in client-server and workgroup type environments.

Primafact Team & Primafact Enterprise Editions

Primafact is available in two main editions, Team and Enterprise.  Team is suitable for firms of up to a dozen or so people with total active case volumes up to 300,000 pages*.

 

Primafact Enterprise supports unlimited pages and end users, and adds a sophisticated “Ethical Walls” Security Module.

*            Equivalent to 150 – 200 banker’s boxes of typical legal papers

**           Primafact with unlimited pages requires Microsoft-SQL

***         Minimum five seats.  Discounts available on orders of 20 or more seats
