About Back-Scanning
It is not necessary to back scan all of your open matters into Primafact in order to get started.
Back-scanning can be a time consuming and expensive process. What we do recommend is for you to “cherry pick” and back-scan one or two matters per lawyer to kick off your Primafact project. These matters are ones that you don’t believe will settle imminently and have an important milestone (such as a discovery or trial) in the relatively near future. Using this approach, you will realize the full value of your investment in Primafact in a much more timely and efficient way.
